How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and check out, or simply message me on WhatsApp with the product name and I’ll take your order.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes! I deliver to all cities in Pakistan through courier. Cash on Delivery is available.
How long does an order take?
Since every piece is handmade, items usually take 3–7 working days to make, plus courier time. Custom orders can take 5–10 working days.
Can I choose my own colours or add a name?
Of course! Most products can be made in your favourite colours, and many can include a name. Just tell me on WhatsApp.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because items are handmade to order, returns aren’t usually accepted. But if your parcel arrives damaged or wrong, message me within 48 hours with pictures and I’ll make it right.
How do I care for crochet items?
Gently hand-wash in cold water with mild soap, don’t wring, and lay flat to dry. Crochet flowers can simply be dusted.
